Getting Started
How quickly can I get started?
Most stores are up and running within 10-15 minutes. Simply install our app from the Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento marketplace, and we'll automatically sync your products and set up your AI agent.
Do I need technical skills to use xoomi.ai?
No technical skills are required. Our platform is designed for non-technical users. You can customize your AI agent, set up promotions, and monitor analytics all through our simple dashboard.
What platforms do you support?
We support Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento out of the box. For other platforms, you can use our REST API to integrate with any e-commerce solution.
Can I try xoomi.ai before committing?
Yes! We offer a free trial so you can experience the platform and see results before deciding. No credit card required to start.
Pricing & Billing
How does pricing work?
We offer tiered pricing based on your usage - number of stores, AI credits, products synced, and features needed. All plans include core functionality, with higher tiers unlocking advanced features like A/B testing and priority support.
What are AI Credits?
AI Credits represent the computational resources used for AI conversations and recommendations. Each customer interaction uses credits based on conversation length and complexity. All plans include generous credit allocations that cover typical usage.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you before you hit limits. You can upgrade your plan anytime, or we can discuss custom arrangements for high-volume needs. We never cut off service without warning.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
What is the setup fee?
We offer an optional professional setup service for $449 AUD where our team configures your AI agent, syncs products, and optimizes settings for your store. This is optional - you can also set up everything yourself for free.
Features & Functionality
How does the AI understand my products?
When you connect your store, we automatically sync your product catalog including titles, descriptions, images, prices, and variants. The AI analyzes this information to understand relationships between products and make intelligent recommendations.
Can I customize how the AI responds?
Absolutely. You can set the AI's personality and tone, create custom responses for specific questions, define promotion rules, and control what topics it can discuss.
Does it work with multiple languages?
Multi-language support is on our roadmap and coming soon. Currently, the AI works best in English but can handle basic conversations in other languages.
Can customers add items to cart through chat?
Yes! The AI displays product cards with images, prices, and an add-to-cart button directly in the chat. Customers can browse, compare, and purchase without leaving the conversation.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We're SOC 2 Type II compliant and undergo regular security audits. Your data is never shared with other customers.
Is my data used to train AI for other customers?
No. Your data is completely isolated and never used to train models that serve other customers. Your competitive advantage stays yours.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored on AWS infrastructure. We offer data residency options in the US, EU, and APAC regions for enterprise customers with specific compliance requirements.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We provide tools to help you comply with GDPR, including data export, deletion requests, and configurable data retention policies.
Technical Questions
Will the chat widget slow down my site?
No. Our widget loads asynchronously and is optimized for performance. It typically adds less than 50ms to page load time and won't affect your Core Web Vitals.
How often does product data sync?
Product data syncs in real-time for most platforms. When you add, update, or remove products in your store, the changes reflect in the AI within minutes.
Can I use xoomi.ai with my custom e-commerce platform?
Yes! Our REST API allows you to integrate with any platform. You'll need some technical capability to set up the integration, or you can use our professional setup service.
Do you offer an API for custom integrations?
Yes. All plans include API access for reading analytics data. Higher tiers include write access for custom integrations and automation.

What support options are available?
All plans include email support. Growth and Pro plans include priority support with faster response times. Enterprise customers get a dedicated account manager.
Do you offer implementation help?
Yes. We offer a professional setup service where our team handles everything for you. We also have comprehensive documentation and video tutorials for self-service setup.
What if the AI gives wrong information?
You have full control over the AI's knowledge base. You can correct responses, add custom FAQs, and set boundaries on topics. The AI learns from your corrections over time.
